Our Guarantee

All our work is guaranteed

If we give you a fixed quote (as opposed to working for an hourly rate), then we would be working according a specification agreed to by you, the client. We guarantee that we will implement the system as detailed in the specification, and we guarantee not to charge any extra for the work should it take us longer than envisaged.

All but the most trivial software contains bugs*. No one shipping software can claim that their software is bug-free (if they do they're lying). Whilst we cannot guarantee to ship bug-free software, if you find bugs we'll fix them promptly. If we work on a fixed-quote basis (rather than on an hourly rate), we will fix your bugs at no extra charge.

Money back guarantee

We're confident in the quality of our work. We won't take on a job that we don't think we can complete. If for any reason we're proved wrong, and we can't finish the job, then we simply won't charge you for any fraction of the work done.

Given that we're committed to fixing bugs* free of charge, and given that we won't charge you unless we complete the work as specified, we're confident you will be happy with the work. However, if you're still not happy with the quality if our work on delivery, and you agree to stop using our software, we'll give you all your money back. This guarantee remains valid for up to 30 days following delivery of the final product.

*A bug is an unintended computer fault, usually in software. It's generally thought that the word came into use following the discovery of a real bug (a moth) in the circuits of a computer in 1945. However, some claim that the term was first used back in the 19th century by Thomas Edison.
